Pregame Warm Up

Cassius and I have met up with Octavius and Antony. There were a few words that had to be said before we began to fight. These words ended up being trash talk that was going back and fourth. The arguing continued for some time. Then after it got heated Octavius and Antony and their army left. before they left they told us to come to the field and if we do not want to, to come when we are man enough to come. Then shortly after Cassius and I discussed what we would do if our armies were to be defeated. Cassius brought up suicide but I told him that thats not in the question. Then we said our farewells like we were never going to see each other again and set off to go to war. 

The Argument

When Cassius arrived today he greeted me with the words "most noble brother, you have done me wrong". Then Cassius started to scream then i told him we will settle this behind closed doors. Our troops did not need to see us fighting. The argument was over me not letting Lucius Pella slide. He accepted a bride so I believe that he should have been punished and thats what I did. I condemned and disgraced him. Then Cassius and I continue to go back and fourth with the arguing. Then Cassius said that when Caesar was alive, He would never dare to get me this mad. I quickly responded with that you would't have dared get Caesar this mad. After that we continue to argue then eventually we start to regret fighting. We Shook hands and that was the end of it.

The Big Speech

Cassius and I went on different streets to give our speeches to the people. Some stayed to hear me speak about the reasons why we killed Caesar and others went to listen to Cassius. During my speech I asked the people of Rome if they wanted me dead I will kill myself just like I had killed Caesar and they told me to live! So thats when I knew I was starting to get the people on my side with things. Then the people started saying that they wanted to build a statue of me! Then one said that they wanted me to be the next Caesar! At that note I told them I was about to leave but before I left I told the people to stay there and listen to Antony's speech.

What is Next?

I assured Antony's servant that it would be safe for him to come to see us. So the servant went to go tell Antony that. While he was away Cassius and I had a conversation about Antony. Cassius thinks that Antony can not be trusted and letting him live will come back to harm us in the end. I do not think that Antony is a threat in anyway so I decided to let him live. Then shortly after Antony came in and started mourning Caesar and talking to his corpse. After he did that he shook all of our hands and agreed to be our friends. Then there was an agreement to let Antony give Caesar a proper funeral ceremony and speech, but he has to speak after me. Also he can not say anything bad about the conspirators and me. Then we left the room which Caesar was murdered.

The Death of Caesar

Today the other conspirators and I killed Caesar. In order to get close to him we begged him to let Publius Cimber back into Rome. He did not cooperate with us. Thats when we stabbed him. I was the last one to stab him and the words he said were "et tu brute?" Those words really got to me. I shook it off and us conspirators washed our hands in Caesars blood. Now we have to talk to Antony and calm the crowd of people.

The Stairway

Today all of the conspirators,Caesar,the sooth sayer, and Artemidorus all gathered in the center of the city. We were all aboout to walk up the capitals steps. During this time Cassius told me what Popillius said. he said that he hopes our plan goes well today. Which shocked me because i have no idea how he found out our plot. So I convinced Cassius that he did not know of the plot because I to was hoping that Popillius did not know about it. Now that we talked about that Cassius told me tat Trebonius knows his cue. The plot is about to be put into action, lets go.

Portia

My wife Portia was up early in the morning because she was worried about me. She knew that something was bothering me. Otherwise i would not have been up at that hour. I would not tell her what was bother me. She then stabbed herself in the thigh to prove that she is strong enough to hear my secret. Then right as i'm about to tell her what is wrong Caius Ligarius knocks on my door. Portia then leaves the room. Ligarius and I have a conversation. He then followed me out and we were on our way.

The Conspirators gather

After my door was opened Cassius surprised me by bringing all of the conspirators over to my house. I knew who all of them were and i allowed them to enter my house. We conversed about Caesar and when we should kill him. Also we talked about if we should kill Antony to. I shot that down and said no. There is no reason to kill him. After the clock stroke everyone left my house. Now Portia, my wife, has entered the room. I do not know why she is awake but i must stop and talk to her for the moment.

Early Awakening

To start off today i woke up before the sun was out. I wish i could actually sleep during the night. Since i woke up so early i thought that I should go into my study. I woke Lucius and told him to put a lit candle in my study. After he lit the candle i told him to go back to bed shortly after. It is the 15th of March today and i still don't really have a reason to kill Caesar except for the good of the people. It has been so long since i have been able to sleep. Someone is knocking at my door, I must go.

The Misunderstanding

Today my friend Cassius and I had a misunderstanding. He thought that I was being unfair to him as a friend by always being guarded. I had to explain to him that I am having conflicts within myself and that he should not mind me. After that we heard shouts and i instantly started to worry that the people have crowned Caesar king. Then Cassius goes on to tell me a story about him and Caesar and once he finishes we hear more screams! Then Caesar entered the roomm and I asked Casca what has happened because Caesar looks angry. Casca informed me that Caesar denied being crowned three times. Also that he has fallen randomly and started shaking. That was a suprise to me but after that I left.
